01 — Condition & Authenticity

Condition

All pieces at LOVA are pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, or previous use. These are natural characteristics of vintage and archival garments and should be expected. We carefully inspect each piece and make every effort to document its condition accurately. Any noticeable flaws, such as holes, discoloration, snags, or fabric damage, will be described and photographed wherever possible. 

While we aim to be as thorough and transparent as possible, minor imperfections may occasionally be overlooked. We encourage you to review all photographs, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or would like additional photographs, please feel free to contact us.

Authenticity

All pieces at LOVA are sourced from trusted sellers and carefully selected sources worldwide. Each item is carefully examined for authenticity before becoming part of our collection.

LOVA is an independent vintage and archival store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the designers or fashion houses represented in our collection. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
02 — Orders & Payment

Orders

Most pieces at LOVA are one of a kind, with only one available. While we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases or stock discrepancies. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website. Currency conversion fees or additional charges may apply depending on your payment provider.
03 — Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch & Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking provided for every order.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business day after confirmation. As international shipments may involve multiple carriers, tracking updates can sometimes be delayed.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland China、HongKong and Macau：Within 3 business days
  • Rest of Asia: Within 7 business days
  • Rest of the world: Within 12 business days

More specific delivery estimates will be available at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. *LOVA began by serving customers in mainland China before expanding internationally in 2026. As a result, most of our pieces are currently stored in China, with a smaller selection in Singapore. Depending on the item, your order may be shipped from either location.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please rest assured that we will do our best to assist with customs clearance and help avoid unnecessary charges wherever possible. 
04 — Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale

Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our collection, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all photographs, measurements, and condition descriptions before purchasing. 
05 — Copyright & Authenticity Notice

Except for runway images, campaign photographs, and other referenced archival materials, all product photography published on LOVA's website and official social media channels is independently produced by LOVA and remains the intellectual property of LOVA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. LOVA reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement.

LOVA operates exclusively through its official website, Instagram, Rednote (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, and Taobao. We have not authorized any third-party platforms, sellers, or individuals to use our images or sell products on our behalf. Any listings featuring our photographs outside these official channels are unauthorized, and their authenticity cannot be guaranteed.
