From HaaT by Issey Miyake's Spring/Summer 2011 collection, this lightweight black jacket combines a silk-blend fabric with irregular woollen textures, creating a subtle interplay between smooth surfaces and raised details.
Small clusters of wool fibres emerge from the fabric in scattered patterns, forming a delicate, three-dimensional texture. Fine vertical pleats along the front add depth and structure, while the slightly lustrous fabric catches the light softly, allowing the details to reveal themselves through movement.
Designed with a relaxed, robe-inspired silhouette, the jacket features a softly draped shawl collar, an overlapping front, and a long self-tie belt that gently defines the waist.
