From ISSEY MIYAKE permanente's Spring/Summer 2000 collection, this lightweight wool maxi skirt features an unusual asymmetric construction, combining soft draping with delicate lace details.
An additional panel of fabric is suspended from one side of the waist by a small, intricately engraved brass button, creating an irregular layered silhouette. The overlapping fabric falls naturally around the body, forming different shapes and proportions when viewed from different angles.
