A sculptural balloon skirt from Y's Autumn/Winter 2015 collection, distinguished by its unconventional pocket placement and adjustable silhouette. Crafted from substantial black wool with a smooth cupro lining, the skirt combines architectural volume with understated detailing. Four flap pockets are positioned diagonally across the front and back. The two front pockets angle vertically along the hips, creating a visually elongated silhouette, while the rear pockets sit at an unusual diagonal across the lower back, adding dimension and volume to the shape. The hem is gathered with adjustable drawstrings at both sides, allowing the wearer to alter the skirt's proportions and create a softly rounded, lantern-like silhouette.
